He was introduced to the game of basketball by his father, around the age of 7 or 8, and immediately fell in love with the game!
Rain, shine, sleet or snow…his driveway was the first court where he honed his skills as a basketball player. Eric Devendorf could have never imagined, all those years ago, while chipping ice and shoveling snow on his backyard court (Base City, Michigan) all the doors that basketball would open for him.
